Reid Health’s Medical Oncology Center

This project consisted of a 9,100-square-foot build-out for hematology-oncology infusion treatment. The outpatient infusion clinic was located within the Outpatient Care Center on Reid Health’s main campus.
MSKTD & Associates collaborated with the Reid Health Cancer Center team to create several types of infusion spaces that provide the patients and guests with a choice of an open treatment concept, private room, or semi-private setting. A dedicated entrance was created in the Outpatient Care Center to establish a more defined entrance to the Cancer Center on campus and increase patient access to the department.
The suite included:
- 13 infusion bays/rooms
- 8 exam rooms
- 2 nurse stations
- medication room
- pharmacy
- nourishment area, and
- restrooms
