Kosciusko Community Hospital
Interior Phased Renovations

This multi-phased renovation project involved relocating various ancillary departments to newly remodeled areas within the hospital and attached annex. Relocating the departments greatly facilitated the conversion of all inpatient rooms to private rooms.

More specifically, Phase I included 1st and 2nd floor renovations for new ICU and Progressive Care Units. Phases II and III involved renovation of the 3rd and 4th floors for the transition to all private inpatient rooms and support spaces. Once the project was complete, efficiencies were gained within each department.
