IU Health
LifeLine Greenfield Base
Project Overview
Location: Indianapolis Regional Airport in Greenfield, IN
Total Size: 37,800 SF
Completion: 2025
The people behind emergency medical transport operate in an environment where preparedness, coordination, and response time matter every day. For IU Health LifeLine, bringing air and ground operations together under one roof created an opportunity to better support the teams responsible for delivering critical care when and where it is needed most.
Designed around the realities of LifeLine’s daily operations, the new base integrates training, fleet support, communications, and administrative functions into a single, highly coordinated environment. The result is a space that helps caregivers, pilots, mechanics, dispatchers, and support staff work together more effectively in support of IU Health’s mission of providing lifesaving care across the region.
