Restoration and renovation work at the historic the Embassy Theatre/Indiana Hotel in downtown Fort Wayne includes extending Embassy Theatre stage by removing hotel floors. New systems were also installed as a part of this project, as well as a larger orchestra pit and a new stage floor. The Indiana Hotel lobby was restored to its former grandeur, and provided with new HVAC and electrical systems, ADA accessibility, and new elevators.
Other recent work at the Embassy includes restroom renovations, the “Walk of Fame” sidewalk renovation, and the 3rd Floor renovations to the Indiana Hotel for the Harrison Square pedestrian bridge.
The building is listed on the National Register.
