Purdue University – Electrical Engineering Building
West Lafayette, IN
Purdue University continues to upgrade facilities within its highly regarded College of Engineering. MSKTD is excited to be managing many of these projects, including the Electrical Engineering (EE) Building which was initially constructed in 1924 with additions in 1932 and 1940. MSKTD provided architectural, interior design and project management services for this $15.6 million project. With over 35,000 SF of existing space renovated and 10,000 SF of new space added, this project reinvigorates the EE building. Primary aspects of this project include:
- DL2 Lab renovation
- Two intra-building ADA ramps
- ENS Suites/Labs
- VIP collaborative suites
- New MEP infrastructure
CM at risk delivery method was selected for this project and Shiel Sexton led the construction effort. MSKTD is proud to help Purdue University as they continue to renovate and transform academic facilities on their West Lafayette Campus.
