This complete interior and exterior renovation totally transformed a publicly visible and worn-out old building into a new vibrant building ready to serve its new occupants.
Located on the east edge of the central business district in downtown Fort Wayne, the 22,000 SF existing building, which sat empty for several years prior to construction, included an original two-story car dealership constructed in 1920 and a one-story office addition constructed in 1970.
The project de-constructed the building down to its concrete and steel structure and masonry facades. The remaining building shell was then built-out including all new plumbing, HVAC, power, communication and lighting systems.
New exterior facades were applied and the remaining vacant site was improved to include a new parking lot, landscaping and lighting.
