The Methodist Medical Plaza South Surgery Center Renovation was a single-phased design and construction project on the second floor of an existing medical office building. MSKTD & Associates worked with Health Venture Management (Facility Manager) to improve efficiencies and increase capacity at this surgery center. MSKTD has successfully completed over ten (10) projects with Health Venture Management. This specific project renovated approximately 10,700 square feet on the second floor of an existing surgery center and featured the following improvements:
- Exterior improvements for 80-kilowatt generator
- 13- new bed recovery units for semi-private use
- New reception, registration, and waiting areas
- New lounge
- Renovated Restrooms
- Renovated central sterile processing unit and storage rooms
- Finish upgrades throughout ASC
- 3 Renovated Operating Rooms
