The $32-to-$36 million facility for this global leader in the production and marketing of systems and components for the movement of water and automotive fuels accommodates the company’s current headquarters staff of 225 employees and allows for future growth.
The facility uses geothermal heating and cooling and incorporates aesthetic exterior water features like ponds and fountains that act as functional parts of the system.
