Master Plan and New Waterfront Lodges

The new Waterfront Cabins at Epworth Forest are the first built projects of the Master Plan MSKTD completed in 2007. The Epworth Forest Waterfront Cabins were designed with environmental and maintenance reduction issues as important aspects of the material selection, and building envelope design.
The Master Plan established site needs: i.e., new buildings, buildings to be demolished, parking needs, ball fields, walking paths, roadways, etc. and also the detailed needs of the facilities on the property – new conference center with auditorium, dining hall/kitchen, meeting rooms, offices, admin, parking; new boathouse/snack shop, new lodges, and the renovations to the existing lodges.
