It’s 2023, and We’re Still Throwing a Company-Wide Christmas Party. Find Out Why.

At a time when many companies are cutting back on the “extras,” MSKTD & Associates is leaning in. This year, we hosted our 45^th annual company-wide Christmas party, and we have no plans on stopping this longstanding tradition any time soon.

That’s because to MSKTD, our Christmas party isn’t an “extra.” It’s essential—a time for all of our associates across four different vertical markets and two different office locations to get together, mingle, and share some holiday cheer.

What began as a casual gathering in associates’ homes has developed into a larger affair, complete with hors d’oeuvres, open bar, and catered meal. We feature unique venues throughout the City of Fort Wayne for this annual event, and we even hire a local band to add to the festivities.

“I’m a firm believer that events such as these play a crucial role in promoting a culture of teamwork and camaraderie throughout our company,” said Gary Voirol, president. “We work hard to provide consistent opportunities to gather together in ways that aren’t always work related.”

We even go so far as to remove any barriers that would keep associates from joining us. For our Christmas party, that means providing overnight accommodations for our Indianapolis-based team and compensating people for their travel so they can join us in the celebration. Our goal is to send a strong message that we value each and every one of our employees and associates and want to celebrate the holidays with them.

“It won’t happen if we aren’t intentional,” said Voirol. “We work hard to make events like these enjoyable for everyone.” For MSKTD, the company Christmas party is an investment in team unity, and we won’t be giving that up any time soon.
