BorgWarner Technology Center Noblesville, IN
MSKTD is proud to have designed the new BorgWarner Tech Center located along the I-69 corridor just north of Indianapolis. As a worldwide leader in transportation propulsion systems, BorgWarner needed a facility that would enable their various teams to communicate and work effectively. Collaborative spaces are integrated throughout the building and the technologically enriched work environment promotes communication, whether the team members are in the same room, or scattered across the globe. Once project teams have developed conceptual designs, prototypes are evaluated in the on-site test lab. Having all of these unique spaces in one location is a huge benefit to BorgWarner. Key features of the technology center include:
- 60,000 SF Office and Conferencing Wing
- 40,000 SF Test Lab
- 22 Conference Rooms (each uniquely designed)
- 2 Large Training Rooms
- Café/Patio
MSKTD, in partnership with Hagerman Construction, completed this fast-tracked corporate project in 15 months from start to finish using a design/build method of delivery.
