MSKTD provided project management, architectural and interior design services for this $15.0 mil phased renovation of Ball State University’s 10-story, 131,000-square-foot Teacher’s College.
The major component of the project replaced the existing infrastructure; the other component involved reorganization of several departments so that architectural renovations could occur on each floor.
Complicating the phasing of the renovation work was that the building remained occupied during the 2-1/2 years of construction in all areas except where current construction occurred.
